No. In Kingdom Come: Deliverance you are Henry, the son of a blacksmith. You migt become a knight at one point but no…. You are a commoner serving the Lord. Maximum is to be a squire. Knights are closed ring of people. And, ps-s-s, don’t spoil to people.

To put it simply, choose what you are going to do for the first 3-4 hours. One stat choice will give you one level in that stat. Stacking two will still only give you one level. For example, choosing the (Speech) option both times will only increase your Speech to level 1 and a bit.
